Yesterday I managed to find a window of time from my hectic eating/drinking/TV-watching schedule to get out and start using my new camera! (Canon EOS 300D SLR – woohoo). I’ve added some of the results to my photo album. It’s a fabulous camera, even just pointing and shooting with everything on auto the results are amazing. I just wish it would stop raining, I’m dying to take more photos (there’s only so many you can take of a sleeping cat or a bowl of fruit).

I can feel my chocolate levels getting dangerously low – have to go…

Hooray! No more work now for me until 5th January. That’s next year! Unfortunately I think I forgot to wash my coffee mug… that’s gonna ponk!

After deciding I’d better actually start wrapping up some of the Christmas loot I’ve brought for people I’ve discovered I still haven’t got everything! Joy oh joy – that’s more shopping for me then! It’s consumer madness – will ebay be able to cope with all the unwanted socks/aftershave/DVDs etc that it’s going to be inundated with on the 26th of December I’m wondering?

If you look very carefully at this web cam shot of Southampton High Street, you may well see me! Not on that fun looking carousel, but in the distance, clutching about thirty eight shopping bags and going red in the face because I’ve worn too many layers! Shopping is mad – it puts the stress into Christressmas! Think I may just about have everything now. Just all the wrapping up to do!

The office christmas do tomorrow – so that should be fun!
